Refund policy
Not in love with your order? You can return eligible items within 30 days from delivery.
1. Return eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition as received (unused, undamaged, unwashed), with all parts, components, tags and original packaging.
- Only normal handling is acceptable; damage due to improper or careless handling is excluded.
- Items where hygiene is essential must be clean before initiating a return. For hygiene reasons, underwear and bras/intimates are non-returnable (final sale).
- If the product is defective/incorrect on arrival, please report this within 7 days with photos.
- Unless due to our error (defect/damage/incorrect item), return shipping is paid by the customer to our Asia-based fulfilment centre.
Returns are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the parcel. We may refuse items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing components/packaging.
2. How to start a return
- Email hello@kylieandmarli.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) if damaged/incorrect
- Customer full name & address
- We’ll reply with approval (if eligible) and the correct return address. Please do not ship to the sender address on the label.
- Pack securely and send with a trackable service. Keep your proof of postage.
3. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after you receive the goods. Notify us within 14 days and return the goods within a further 14 days, following our instructions. Unless we made a mistake, you pay the return shipping. We may withhold refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment.
Note: Our store also offers a 30-day returns window as a goodwill policy and does not limit your statutory rights.
4. Shipments in transit & cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and may ship from Asia, which can involve longer transit times that we cannot control. If your parcel is already in transit, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, please accept delivery and then initiate a return per the steps above. You may email us your intent to cancel in advance.
To speed up handling, please share your shipping confirmation or tracking number when you contact us.
5. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or refusal.
- If approved, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
- Refund timing: banks/card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to post refunds.
6. Return address
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. We will provide the exact address after approval of your request. Returns sent without prior approval or to the wrong address cannot be processed.
